Provide administrative support for Catholic Campus Ministry at the Newman House. Coordinate daily office operations, workflows, budget monitoring, procurement, travel reimbursements, vendor payments, event logistics, space/catering arrangements, and document/contract review. Serve as primary departmental contact and liaison to campus partners, supporting the Assistant Catholic Campus Minister and Catholic Chaplain. Student-facing, on-campus role with some evening and weekend work.

Manage and maintain multiple biomedical engineering labs including equipment calibration, safety compliance, supplies management, training, and faculty/student support for instructional and research activities. Five-month visiting appointment to teach Costume Design and a Special Topics course, design costumes for a dance concert and coordinate costumes for a theatre showcase, collaborate with costume studio staff, and support undergraduate production activities. Requires MFA (or terminal equivalent) and prior college teaching experience. Review of applications begins August 31, 2026.

Lead the Advancement Information Systems team overseeing the CRM platform, integrations, data warehouse, and automation. Drive the technology roadmap, modernize integrations and ETL, ensure data integrity and system performance, translate technical concepts for stakeholders, and mentor staff.

Lead strategic and operational employee experience initiatives including leadership development, complex workplace investigations, manager coaching, performance processes, and employee engagement. Serve as senior ER advisor, design training and onboarding, manage policy and compliance with General Counsel and Title IX partners, supervise a team, and use data to drive organizational health and culture improvements.

Lead strategy and oversight for career technology and data systems (Handshake, uConnect, Hiration, AI tools). Manage real-time data collection, dashboards, and reporting to track engagement, experiential learning, and outcomes. Partner across campus to integrate platforms, improve accessibility and UX, address equity gaps, and drive data-informed improvements to career services.
