Leads Bucknell University's Human Resources function, overseeing HR operations, Workday and people analytics, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, compliance, policies, and personnel transactions. The CHRO manages 17 HR professionals, stabilizes and redesigns the HR operating model, implements process improvements, partners with senior leadership and finance, and supports Title IX, EEO, shared governance, and board responsibilities.

Provides individualized academic and executive functioning coaching to university students with learning differences or ADHD. Responsibilities include study planning, content review, assignment and grade tracking, faculty engagement, accountability support, progress reporting, and coordination with academic, accessibility, advising, and counseling teams. The role is on campus, student-facing, and requires maintaining detailed documentation throughout the academic year.

Provides counseling and mental health services to university students, including assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, outreach, consultations, and after-hours on-call support. Maintains confidential records, collaborates with campus partners, communicates with families and staff, and stays current with counseling best practices.
