Manage pipeline, station, and terminal projects from initiation through completion, including scope development, engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, cost forecasting, approvals, and documentation. Lead management of change and pre-startup safety reviews while ensuring safe, compliant, cost-effective project delivery. Projects range from $50,000 to $10 million and require 30%–50% travel.

Entry-level engineering development program participant supporting capital projects, operations, project management, asset integrity, reliability, and maintenance prioritization. Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally is required.

Support planning, development, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Computational Pipeline Monitoring (CPM) and related SCADA/batch tracking systems. Assist control center and field operations with leak investigations, threshold/model reviews, troubleshooting, training, and vendor coordination. Maintain CPM hardware, participate in projects and upgrades, attend industry R&D events, complete Operator Qualification training, and provide 24/7 on-call rotational support.

Lead development and continuous improvement of a competency-based technical training program for Operations. Partner with operations, HR, safety, and compliance to define competencies, analyze training outcomes, manage resources, recommend improvements, and support field development and workforce readiness while ensuring compliance and alignment with operational priorities.

The Pipeline System Controller Trainee I role involves monitoring and controlling pipeline operations, scheduling product movements, preparing reports, and ensuring safety compliance.

Ensure operational compliance and performance across regional terminals through program implementation, audits, incident investigations, training, inventory control, emergency response, and support for terminal automation and customer liaison.
