Entry-level engineering development program participant supporting capital projects, operations, project management, asset integrity, reliability, and maintenance prioritization. The role includes preparing engineering documentation, reviewing drawings, supporting project lifecycles, analyzing performance data, tracking schedules and KPIs, and collaborating with engineers and stakeholders. Participants rotate through multiple organizational areas over two to three years while receiving mentorship and technical training.

Manages pipeline, station, and terminal projects from initiation through completion, including scope, cost, scheduling, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, approvals, reporting, and closeout documentation. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, engineering providers, operations, transportation, control center, and contractors. The role also manages facility downtime, punch lists, compliance requirements, and project changes. Requires pipeline or terminal project experience, engineering knowledge, strong organizational skills, and up to 50% travel in field-based petroleum environments.

Owns the enterprise Power BI ecosystem, including data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, dashboards, reporting, administration, governance, security, and support. Leads BI implementations, platform maintenance, testing, documentation, process improvements, stakeholder training, and adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and AI-enabled analytics. Requires strong Power BI and Azure Data Factory expertise, business requirements translation, analytical problem-solving, communication, and potential people leadership. Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally is required.
