Support, administer, and implement Operational Technology (OT) and terminal automation systems. Manage vendor/application lifecycle, perform system maintenance, testing, documentation, SOX compliance, on-call support, user training, and process improvements for high-availability refined fuels terminals.

The Project Manager II is responsible for managing pipeline and terminal projects, overseeing project initiation, implementation, and completion, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation.

Analyze market data, forecast demand, optimize supply, and evaluate business development opportunities. Build pricing analysis tools, prepare reports and presentations, project monthly volumes, communicate market trends to management, engage with customers on pricing and operations, support ad hoc projects and VP of Marketing & Distribution, and participate in long-range business planning.
