Apprentice Pipeliner learns and performs pipeline and terminal operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, damage prevention, regulatory compliance, emergency response, documentation, and cathodic protection activities. The role requires working outdoors in hazardous industrial environments, climbing heights, lifting up to 50 pounds, wearing PPE, and spending most of the workday on foot. Candidates need petroleum, terminal, pipeline, or plant operations experience, mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Manage pipeline, station, and terminal projects from initiation through completion, including scope development, engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, cost forecasting, approvals, and documentation. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, engineering and permitting firms, operations, and commercial stakeholders. Lead management of change and pre-startup safety reviews while ensuring safe, compliant, cost-effective project delivery. Projects range from $50,000 to $10 million and require 30%–50% travel.

Implements and oversees Process Safety Management programs for pipeline, terminal, and engineering and construction operations. Responsibilities include developing asset maintenance plans, identifying and reducing HSSE risks, leading HAZOP, PHA, MOC, and facility siting studies, supporting process hazard assurance and inspections, training staff, and auditing compliance. The role requires petrochemical or oil and gas experience, strong safety engineering expertise, communication skills, and up to 30% travel, with possible exposure to hazardous environments.
