Manages facility environmental, health, and safety programs; develops policies, ensures regulatory compliance, conducts inspections and incident investigations, provides safety training, maintains emergency response plans and SDS records, oversees hazardous waste disposal and wastewater permit compliance, and promotes facility-wide safety awareness.

Pick, stack, wrap, label, and load customer orders using a stand-up forklift. Maintain safe, clean workspace, comply with shipping procedures, and prepare shipments for various carriers. Must handle physical tasks, work in teams, and operate in a non-climate-controlled, occasionally dusty environment.

Lead a manufacturing team to meet daily production, quality, and safety targets. Support shift supervisor, manage workloads, train operators, ensure equipment/functionality, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement.
