Manages facility environmental, health, and safety programs, including regulatory compliance, inspections, incident investigations, employee training, emergency response planning, hazardous waste disposal, wastewater permitting, SDS administration, and safety awareness initiatives. Maintains EHS policies, records, reports, and corrective actions while coordinating with committees and ensuring compliance with DOT, RCRA, OSHA, EPA, and local requirements.

Oversee manufacturing team members, coordinate workloads, and support daily production targets. Ensure efficient resource use, quality, safety, housekeeping, equipment operation, documentation, and adherence to procedures. Prepare line setups, conduct first-piece inspections, manage changeovers, segregate nonconforming materials, train operators, investigate incidents and nonconformities, and support continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
