Implement, configure, maintain, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management. Gather business requirements, conduct workshops and training, support testing, troubleshoot issues, prepare functional documentation, assist with data migration and integrations, and support system upgrades. The consultant will collaborate with HR stakeholders and travel to Saudi Arabia as required for onsite project support.

Lead Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations, upgrades, and support engagements. Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis and solution design, configure SCM modules, and manage CRP, testing, training, data migration, integrations, reporting, and go-live activities. Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, and technical teams, guide stakeholders, mentor junior consultants, and ensure delivery follows Oracle implementation best practices across global engagements.

Lead the design, implementation, configuration, testing, training, optimization, and post-go-live support of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts. Conduct workshops, manage stakeholders, and integrate contracts with Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain. Configure authoring, clauses, templates, approvals, deliverables, and contract lifecycles while leveraging Fusion Security, BPM, OTBI, BI Publisher, OIC, FBDI, and ADFDI.

Designs, develops, tests, and supports Oracle Integration Cloud integrations across Oracle ERP Cloud, Fusion Applications, and third-party systems. Responsibilities include configuring application adapters, implementing REST and SOAP integrations, supporting ERP modules, translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring GCC and Saudi compliance, preparing AIM documentation, and providing post-go-live stabilization and performance tuning.

Designs and delivers Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance solutions, including requirements analysis, configuration, tax and budget controls, data migration, testing, and deployment. Leads cross-functional project teams and stakeholders through end-to-end ERP implementations using Oracle AIM, UAT, and OUM methodologies. Requires three to four full-cycle implementation projects and willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia.

Develop and support Oracle Fusion technical solutions, including integrations, reports, interfaces, extensions, and troubleshooting. Use PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, ADFDI, REST and SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud. The consultant will work onsite in Saudi Arabia, communicate effectively with clients and technical teams, and support Fusion ERP, HCM, or SCM implementations. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.

Provide Oracle Fusion Cloud consulting across HCM, Finance, or SCM, including implementation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, support, data migration, documentation, integrations coordination, client workshops, and post-go-live improvements. The role requires bilingual Arabic and English communication and strong client-handling skills.
