Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations and upgrades. Gather requirements, configure SCM modules, perform Fit-Gap, CRP, SIT, UAT, training, go-live, integrations, data migration, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery per Oracle best practices.

Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence). Gather business requirements, run workshops, deliver training and UAT, prepare functional specs and documentation, support data migration and integrations, troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades, and ensure data security. Provide onsite support in Saudi Arabia as required.

Source, screen, interview, and close Oracle ERP (Fusion & EBS) candidates for Saudi/GCC clients. Partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, use Boolean/LinkedIn sourcing, ensure regional compliance, and support onboarding and documentation. Freshers with MBA (HR) will be trained.

Design, build, and support integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud, Fusion Applications, and third-party systems using OIC, REST/SOAP, and file loaders. Collaborate with functional consultants, ensure GCC/Saudi e-invoicing compliance, perform unit/SIT/UAT testing, provide post-go-live stabilization, and produce AIM documentation and audit-ready integration records.

Design and implement Oracle Fusion Finance solutions; lead full-cycle implementations; perform data migration using FBDI/ADFDI; configure tax and budget controls; work across AL, CM, GL modules; apply AIM/OUM methodologies; lead project teams, manage stakeholders, oversee UAT and deployments. Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia.

Lead Oracle EBS upgrades (12.2.5 -> latest 12.2.x) and DB migrations (11g -> 19c). Manage ADOP patching, cloning, cutover and security updates. Deploy and support Oracle EBS on OCI with IAM/SSO and implement OCI security (VCN, NSGs, Vault, encryption). Handle RMAN backup/recovery and Linux RPM management. Support HA/DR, middleware and enterprise production environments.
