Implement, configure, maintain, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management. Gather requirements, conduct functional workshops and training, support testing, data migration, integrations, upgrades, documentation, troubleshooting, and compliance. Collaborate with HR stakeholders and provide onsite project support in Saudi Arabia as required.

Develop and support Oracle Fusion technical solutions, including integrations, reports, interfaces, extensions, and data conversions. Use PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, ADFDI, REST, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud. Troubleshoot technical issues, communicate with customers, and support Fusion ERP, HCM, or SCM implementations. The role is onsite in Saudi Arabia and requires fluent Arabic plus at least five years of relevant Oracle Fusion experience.

Lead the design, implementation, configuration, testing, training, optimization, and post-go-live support of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts. Conduct workshops and ensure integrations with Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain. Configure contracts, clauses, templates, approvals, deliverables, and lifecycle processes while applying Fusion Security, BPM, OTBI, BI Publisher, OIC, and FBDI/ADFDI. Manage stakeholders and support complex multinational implementations.
