Develop and maintain NICE IVR and digital chat scripts, API integrations, Salesforce and bswift application integrations, and the UDR CSR portal. Troubleshoot SQL and NoSQL queries across multiple databases, support client implementations and enrollment updates, coordinate telephony operations, and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams. The role also involves React and DynamoDB development, documentation, Git workflows, testing, and operational support for contact center technology.

Support React and DynamoDB application development, troubleshoot SQL and NoSQL queries, assist with client implementations and contact center operations, and coordinate telephony updates during Open Enrollment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile and Git workflows while documenting configurations and processes.

Guide multiple Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, release coordination, and continuous improvement. Remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies and risks, support PI and capacity planning, and improve delivery using metrics and retrospectives. Coach team members and junior Scrum Masters while partnering with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable software services.
