Leads engineering strategy, organization, execution, and technical excellence across international teams. Partners with executive, product, data, and technology leaders to scale architecture, infrastructure, reliability, security, delivery practices, and engineering leadership. Builds and retains high-performing teams, improves velocity and predictability, connects technical investment to business outcomes, and prepares engineering for increased data, automation, and AI adoption.

Lead the design and development of scalable backend microservices and event-driven systems for payment and financial services. Write maintainable code, enforce testing and CI/CD best practices, provide technical mentorship, and collaborate with Data, Product, and DevOps teams. Monitor and optimize services using observability tools while contributing to backend and DevOps standards across the organization.

Build React and TypeScript interfaces for customer onboarding, self-service signup, data migration, and app releases. Work autonomously within the Ops Engineering team, implement designs using an internal design system, translate product requirements into maintainable interfaces, and deliver reliable features quickly for a short-term project.
