Executes and optimizes B2B demand-generation campaigns across email, paid, organic, partner, webinar, conference, and trade-show channels. Manages HubSpot campaigns, landing pages, workflows, and email sends; supports brand, product, partner, and event marketing. Tracks campaign performance and ROI, manages vendors and budgets, and collaborates cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, customer success, and leadership. Requires occasional travel of approximately 10–25%.

Serves as the private equity firm’s primary legal advisor, leading transaction support, fund documentation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, portfolio-company legal triage, contract negotiation, and outside counsel management. The role builds Brydon’s legal function from the ground up, advises partners and investors, oversees entity governance, supports acquisitions and divestitures, and manages legal risk across firm and portfolio operations.

Lead hunting and account growth for defense manufacturing customers (DoD/DoE). Build a 20+ facility pipeline, engage program and facility leaders early, drive upsell/retention, execute capture playbooks, map contract vehicles, and feed field intelligence to leadership to win prototype-to-pilot and contract opportunities.

The role involves managing the sales cycle and executing commercial strategies across various portfolio companies, focusing on building relationships and tracking performance metrics.

Lead finance for a PE-backed pediatric therapy software and billing company: establish standalone controllership, consolidate post-acquisition finance systems, build forecasting, reporting, and KPI processes, drive M&A due diligence and integrations, optimize revenue operations, implement scalable ERP (e.g., NetSuite), and build a high-performing finance team.
