Leads the finance function for a high-growth private equity portfolio company. Builds controllership, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, billing, ERP, and cash-management processes; integrates acquisitions; supports M&A, compliance, board and lender reporting; advises leadership on strategy, pricing, capital allocation, and value creation; and builds a scalable finance team with potential oversight of HR, IT, and administrative functions.

Executes and optimizes B2B demand-generation campaigns across email, paid, organic, partner, webinar, conference, and trade-show channels. Manages HubSpot campaigns, landing pages, workflows, and email sends; supports brand, product, partner, and event marketing. Tracks campaign performance and ROI, manages vendors and budgets, and collaborates cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, customer success, and leadership. Requires occasional travel of approximately 10–25%.

Serves as the private equity firm’s primary legal advisor, leading transaction support, fund documentation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, portfolio-company legal triage, contract negotiation, and outside counsel management. The role builds Brydon’s legal function from the ground up, advises partners and investors, oversees entity governance, supports acquisitions and divestitures, and manages legal risk across firm and portfolio operations.
