The Manager of Talent & Development is responsible for designing and delivering talent development programs for internal teams and portfolio company leadership, serving as a talent advisor, and building relationships with executives.

Support deal origination by building and managing relationships with bankers, brokers, and M&A advisors; track and synthesize market and deal flow intelligence; prepare company summaries and review deal materials; maintain CRM (HubSpot) and coverage data; use research and workflow tools to improve coverage; coordinate with investment team on deal evaluation and process tracking.

Lead hunting and account growth for defense manufacturing customers (DoD/DoE). Build a 20+ facility pipeline, engage program and facility leaders early, drive upsell/retention, execute capture playbooks, map contract vehicles, and feed field intelligence to leadership to win prototype-to-pilot and contract opportunities.
