Provide Tier 2+ technical support for marine electronics across APAC. Diagnose system and installation issues, assist dealers, OEMs, and installers with troubleshooting and service processes, create technical documentation and training materials, improve processes, collaborate with sales and product teams, and serve as a technical escalation point while mentoring junior talent.

Provides phone and email technical support for Lowrance marine electronics customers. Responsibilities include answering product, installation, compatibility, and feature questions; remotely troubleshooting equipment using schematics and internal tools; documenting cases in CRM systems; analyzing service trends; and collaborating on training and service documentation. The role is hybrid, runs May through August, and includes required NOLA training.

Leads EMEA sales strategy and a geographically dispersed sales organization overseeing a $260M+ portfolio. Owns revenue, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, key accounts, commercial negotiations, sales processes, and executive relationships across marine, mobile, and industrial markets. Partners cross-functionally on product launches, market strategy, and customer growth while developing a high-performing regional team. Requires extensive EMEA travel and collaboration across global, matrixed stakeholders.
