Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic metalworking machines to fabricate components. Read blueprints, measure and mark materials, cut, grind, finish, and perform quality checks. Monitor machine controls, report malfunctions, make minor adjustments/repairs, follow safety procedures, and complete daily logs.

Operate industrial sewing machines to cut, fit, sew, and assemble boat components from vinyl, clear vinyl, and carpet. Follow patterns and measurements, inspect finished products for defects, maintain quality standards, and adhere to safety and PPE requirements.

Proactively manage and grow revenue for assigned customer accounts via phone, email, video, and CRM. Qualify opportunities, maintain pipeline, execute inbound/outbound sales activities, handle orders and basic customer support, coordinate with field sales and internal teams, and meet activity and revenue KPIs through cross-selling, upselling, and territory management.
