Supports sales operations and market intelligence through market research, competitive analysis, forecasting, dashboard development, reporting, data validation, campaign performance analysis, and strategic planning. The intern will use Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, SQL, Excel, and AI-enabled solutions to identify trends, improve reporting, optimize lead conversion, and provide recommendations to leadership. The role includes a defined project and presentation of findings at the internship’s conclusion.

Supports Mercury Marine’s Product Knowledge Portal by creating, organizing, and publishing educational content about marine propulsion products. Collaborates with category management, marketing, sales, and product integration teams; contributes to content strategy; organizes boat performance testing information; and uses Google Analytics 4 to report website metrics and identify content improvements.

Finance and accounting interns lead projects, analyze financial and operational data, build models, reports, dashboards, and tools, and present recommendations to business leaders. They may gain exposure to FP&A, product costing, accounting, treasury, audit, compliance, and financial systems. The internship includes mentorship, networking, professional development, process improvement, and potential pathways to Brunswick’s Financial Leadership Development Program.
