Operate hand-held drills, hole saws, grinders and routers to cut and trim holes in fiberglass hulls, decks, and components. Mark locations from blueprints/templates, inspect and finish openings, maintain tools and work area, follow safety/PPE and dust-control procedures, and operate forklifts/tuggers to move materials. May work overtime and in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Manage and grow Mercury Marine dealer network across a multi-state territory. Build relationships with dealers and OEMs, develop territory growth and sales strategies, coach and train dealers, use CRM and data to identify opportunities, execute dealer visits and events, and meet sales, market share, and profitability goals with frequent travel.

Serve as HR business partner for a designated unit delivering hands-on employee relations, performance coaching, Kronos timekeeping administration, onboarding, talent acquisition support, investigations, compliance (ADA/FMLA/Workers' Comp), engagement events, succession and merit planning, and partnering with HR Shared Services and COEs to drive HR initiatives and shop-floor presence.
