Develop and execute product, content, and campaign marketing for complex microscopy and imaging solutions. Create application stories, landing pages, brochures, presentations, webinars, sales tools, and digital assets. Translate scientific and technical information into clear customer value, support product launches and demand generation, and collaborate with product management, application scientists, sales, digital marketing, and technical experts. Contribute to positioning, segmentation, go-to-market planning, and strategic account initiatives.

Provides on-site and remote service, repair, preventive maintenance, installation, calibration, and application support for molecular diagnostic instruments. Creates service, validation, training, and inspection documentation; maintains OQ/PV routines, SOPs, PC images, and calibration equipment; supports hardware and software quality improvements; coordinates with suppliers; and trains internal staff and external partners. Requires technical expertise, customer-facing communication, German and English proficiency, willingness to travel up to 50%, and a valid Class B driving license.
