Develop and enhance Java desktop software controlling mass spectrometry and other laboratory instruments. Collaborate with scientists and engineers, test software with physical instruments, troubleshoot system issues, improve performance and maintainability, participate in code reviews, and support development process automation.

Develop and execute product, content, and campaign marketing for complex microscopy and imaging solutions. Create application stories, landing pages, brochures, presentations, webinars, sales tools, and digital assets. Translate scientific and technical information into clear customer value, support product launches and demand generation, and collaborate with product management, application scientists, sales, digital marketing, and technical experts. Contribute to positioning, segmentation, go-to-market planning, and strategic account initiatives.

Leads global project procurement and material engineering teams supporting product development, transfers, localization, redesigns, and launches. Drives early supplier involvement, design-to-cost, value engineering, should-cost modeling, sourcing, supplier nomination, procurement readiness, and supply-chain risk mitigation. Partners with R&D, Engineering, Operations, Commodity Management, and suppliers while tracking cost, sourcing, timing, risk, and project KPIs.
