Provide administrative HR support across recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations. Maintain employee records, coordinate pre-employment checks and orientations, assist with recruitment and exit processes, process personnel changes, generate HR reports, and respond to HR inquiries. Ensures compliance with legal and company requirements.

Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting to offer: source, screen, coordinate interviews, administer assessments, maintain ATS records, track recruiting metrics, build candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and support events and compliance to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Lead and manage underground pipe installation activities including personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. Ensure safe, high-quality work by training and supervising crews, reading plans and grades, calculating quantities, providing cost-saving input, handling customer and regulatory interactions, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Install and align sanitary/storm sewer, gas, and water main pipe. Follow trench safety and grade requirements, set concrete structures, operate/coordinate with equipment operators, use hand signals, assist with blueprint review, and direct pipe laborers on tools and pipe cutting.
