Manage enterprise and mid-market customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Drive adoption, engagement, retention, and measurable business outcomes through success planning, training, usage analysis, change management, and ROI storytelling. Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues, advocate for customers, identify expansion opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction and revenue retention.

Leads enterprise sales across North America, owning new logo acquisition, account expansion, renewals, retention, territory strategy, forecasting, and complex negotiations. Builds executive relationships with fashion, retail, and manufacturing customers; develops ROI-based business cases; and orchestrates Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams. Requires deep industry expertise, consultative selling skills, strategic account management experience, and proficiency with Salesforce.
