Owns the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple international entities. Oversees general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany accounting, consolidation, payroll, fixed assets, and financial reporting. Maintains IFRS-compliant controls and supports deferred revenue accounting, process improvements, and finance leadership analysis. The role requires collaboration across global teams and time zones, including U.S. and Singapore accounting operations.

Owns global monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities and currencies. Responsibilities include general ledger oversight, reconciliations, consolidations, intercompany eliminations, financial reporting, IFRS compliance, internal controls, and accounting operations across AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and deferred revenue. The role supports process improvement and finance leadership in a global, private equity-backed software company.

Manage enterprise and mid-market customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Drive adoption, engagement, retention, and business outcomes through success plans, training, usage analysis, change management, and ROI narratives. Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues, advocate for customer needs, and identify expansion opportunities. Success is measured through retention, time to value, product adoption, satisfaction, and expansion revenue.
