Serve as a technical advisor for prospects and customers, conducting product demonstrations, designing solutions, troubleshooting, building proof-of-concepts, and supporting deal closure. Collaborate with Growth, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to communicate customer requirements, create technical sales resources, and enable broader teams. The role is fully onsite five days per week in downtown San Francisco.

Own the post-sale customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Read code, understand architectures, debug customer issues, improve workflows, drive adoption, manage account health, identify risks, build recovery plans, and close renewals. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering, create scalable success processes and documentation, lead QBRs and executive reviews, and represent Browserbase in technical customer conversations and industry events.

Build and scale Browserbase's dashboard and web presence, design complex UI and data visualizations, collaborate cross-functionally, define roadmap priorities, enforce frontend performance and accessibility best practices, and document and share knowledge.

Own the enterprise sales motion: build outbound pipeline, run full sales cycles, negotiate complex contracts, create scalable sales playbooks, demo the product with Sales Engineer support, and provide market feedback to product and leadership. Represent Browserbase at events and track sales metrics and forecasts.

Develop and maintain a web automation platform, ensuring high performance and scalability while collaborating with the engineering team to establish best practices.
