Define the company’s market narrative, create developer-focused content, manage a cross-functional team, and build strategic technical partnerships. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Growth, and Product Marketing to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue. Represent the company through launches, executive writing, public relations, and partnerships.

Design, build, and scale Browserbase's dashboard and web experience. Implement complex UIs and data visualizations, collaborate cross-functionally, define roadmap priorities, enforce frontend performance and accessibility best practices, and document and share knowledge.

Own full-cycle recruiting for revenue, sales, growth, marketing, partnerships, people, and finance roles. Partner with hiring managers on role definition, sourcing, interviews, offers, and closing. Build scalable recruiting programs, including scorecards, interviewer training, referrals, candidate experience standards, and diverse pipelines. Track recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, time to fill, offer acceptance, and quality of hire while advising leaders on compensation and hiring decisions.
