Provide personalized, high-end sales and brand representation in boutique settings. Deliver bespoke shopping experiences, exceed sales targets through expert client engagement, and maintain luxury service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Manage end-to-end procurement requests, maintain ticketing in Zoho Desk, coordinate local and international freight and customs, support warehouse stock integrity and reconciliations, manage suppliers and SLAs, and run projects in Zoho Projects to control timelines and costs.
