The Internal Audit Manager will lead audits across departments, develop audit plans, evaluate internal controls, and report findings to senior leadership. They will also build a small audit team and enhance audit methodologies.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Cape Town store, maintain accurate records, manage stock and inventory documentation, process sales and repair paperwork, coordinate courier logistics, support compliance and audit requirements, maintain employee scheduling and attendance records, liaise with Head Office, and assist the Store Manager with day-to-day tasks.

Bridge business and technical stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, map and improve processes, produce functional specifications and user stories, coordinate development, run UAT and test scripts, support data-driven reporting, and assist with system configuration and documentation through full project lifecycles.
