Supports claimants on behalf of client law firms by triaging inbound calls, handling outbound dialer connections, coordinating case-status updates, auditing disengagement documentation, reconciling firm lists, and managing SMS correspondence. The role requires empathetic communication with distressed individuals, accurate system updates, confidentiality, multitasking, and emotional maturity. This is an in-office Saturday-through-Wednesday position in Savannah, Georgia.

Generate and qualify leads, research prospects, initiate outreach via phone and email, maintain pipeline in CRM, set meetings for sales executives, and report results to the sales manager.

Sell Broughton Partners' mass tort marketing and case acquisition services to plaintiff and referring law firms nationwide. Build and manage relationships, drive new partnership agreements, manage pipelines and KPIs in CRM, coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and campaign launches, attend industry conferences, and ensure ethical, compliant marketing practices.
