Build and manage relationships, drive new partnership agreements, manage pipelines and KPIs in CRM, coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and campaign launches, attend industry conferences, and ensure ethical, compliant marketing practices.

Manage and strengthen relationships with referral and litigating law firm partners. Onboard clients, coordinate campaign setup and fulfillment, monitor and analyze campaign performance, support reporting and quarterly business reviews, resolve client issues, and identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells while working cross-functionally.

The Performance Analyst supports marketing analytics by creating reports, dashboards, and diagnostics to enhance marketing strategies and operational effectiveness.
