Manages branch operations, schedules, staff supervision, performance development, customer service, reference and reader advisory services, collection maintenance, programming, outreach, and community partnerships. Trains and mentors librarians, coordinates staff assignments, handles policy and staffing concerns, supports technology and database use, and participates in system-wide initiatives. Requires evening and weekend availability.

Coordinate Brooklyn Supports programming in underserved Brooklyn libraries, assist patrons with social services and benefits (including Access HRA), develop community partnerships, provide referrals and follow-up, run outreach and workshops on benefits and mental health, collaborate with government and community providers, maintain documentation and reports, and support broader library navigation programs.

Provide frontline technology support and training at library branches: troubleshoot hardware/software, install peripherals, coordinate with IT/vendors, lead user classes, maintain tech checklists, and perform circulation/customer service duties including opening/closing and outreach.
