Teams at Brooklyn Public Library

Provides public service and clerical support at a public library, including circulation desk assistance, customer support, data entry, reports, supply orders, scheduling, and processing library materials and applications. The role also trains part-time staff and volunteers, assists with recruitment, supports technology use, and interprets library policies. Requires evening and weekend availability, physical handling of materials, and interaction with a diverse community.

Provide frontline technology support and training at library branches: troubleshoot hardware/software, install peripherals, coordinate with IT/vendors, lead user classes, maintain tech checklists, and perform circulation/customer service duties including opening/closing and outreach.

The Network Administrator will manage the library's network, providing support and maintenance for hardware and software, ensuring security and resolving issues.
