Coordinate Brooklyn Supports programming in underserved Brooklyn libraries, assist patrons with social services and benefits (including Access HRA), develop community partnerships, provide referrals and follow-up, run outreach and workshops on benefits and mental health, collaborate with government and community providers, maintain documentation and reports, and support broader library navigation programs.

Deliver excellent customer service to library patrons; develop and maintain community partnerships; design and implement free programs that align with Brooklyn Public Library’s mission; engage a culturally diverse community in educational and cultural offerings.

Support development of a multi-floor permanent exhibition on Brooklyn history: research, narrative mapping, object selection, draft text, stakeholder consultation, exhibit design advising, marketing support, and project management including timelines, object checklists, and coordinating interns and partners.
