Provide clerical, administrative, and program support for Inclusive Services and Hospital Storytelling: assist with outreach and events, answer phones, organize materials and giveaway books, correspond with site liaisons, log statistics, help prepare reports, and support Read and Play, Afterschool Stories, and gardening programs.

Manage program data systems and perform accurate data entry for participants, instructors, and assessments. Maintain inventories, create data collection tools, produce reports, support office operations, assist with outreach and events, supervise clerical staff, and cover classes as needed to meet performance targets and funding requirements.

Part-time Teaching Assistant supporting adult learners pursuing HSE diplomas. Co-facilitate mixed-level classrooms, coach students, assist with assessments, record-keeping, outreach, GED application support, and data entry. Collaborate with instructors and case managers, attend trainings, and travel to multiple Brooklyn branch locations as needed.
