Manages relationship marketing and CRM campaigns across email, direct mail, and paid media. Builds audience segments, deploys and quality-assures Prospect2 campaigns, supports A/B testing, maintains CRM documentation, and analyzes audience behavior and campaign performance. Partners with marketing, creative, technology, and CRM teams to improve engagement, retention, frequency, and lifetime value. Prepares KPI reporting and recommendations for leadership and board stakeholders.

Plans, coordinates, and executes rental, cinema, performance, festival, and institutional events. Manages schedules, run-of-show plans, budgets, contracts, payments, technical support, venue logistics, staffing, documentation, and compliance. Serves as the primary contact for clients and partners, coordinates across internal departments, oversees onsite execution, and manages multiple events while maintaining clear communication and timely follow-through.

Support planning and execute fundraising and donor cultivation events across BAM: manage calendars, guest lists, budgets, vendor logistics, event materials, data in Tessitura/Zkipster/Workfront, coordinate cross-departmentally, handle day-of operations, invoicing, and sponsor fulfillment to deliver seamless donor experiences.
