Supports energy-transition investment products and capital solutions, including co-investments, continuation vehicles, joint ventures, and equity partnerships. Conducts opportunity research, financial modeling, due diligence, investment memorandum preparation, data-room management, and investor outreach. Collaborates with investment, sustainability, asset management, advisors, and institutional investors to structure transactions, raise capital, communicate investment theses, and manage execution workstreams.

Supports the European HR team with employee lifecycle administration, HR reporting, people analytics, leave management, relocations, immigration documentation, learning and development, and annual talent processes. Maintains accurate employee records, prepares HR materials, coordinates training, handles confidential information, and contributes to process improvement and ad hoc projects while collaborating across HR functions.

Develop customized multi-asset portfolio solutions for institutional and wealth clients across private market investments. Responsibilities include strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction, investment evaluation and sizing, portfolio monitoring, analytics, client presentations, business development, and communicating market and investment insights. The role requires private market investment experience, strong financial analysis and presentation skills, and collaboration with investment and client-facing teams.
