Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules. Configure applications, workflows, scripts, integrations, and scoped applications; support REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations. Gather requirements, design scalable solutions, document architecture, optimize performance, and support releases, incidents, and enhancements. The role also recommends platform improvements and collaborates with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Leads U.S. real estate investment transactions from sourcing and underwriting through closing, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and investment approvals. Manages deal teams, mentors junior professionals, coordinates with legal, tax, asset management, capital markets, and investor relations teams, presents recommendations to senior leadership, and supports asset management after closing.

Prepares financial statements, investor reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, audit documentation, and entity compliance materials. Supports tax and legal teams, coordinates with third-party accounting providers, and improves reporting processes. The role requires accounting or finance expertise, knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and ICA GAAP, and proficiency with Excel, with Yardi or OneStream experience preferred.
