Supports the Legal & Regulatory team with real estate lending and loan-closing operations. Responsibilities include managing corporate legal records in iManage, coordinating regulatory books and records processes, preparing legal and organizational documents, tracking side-letter restrictions, handling KYC information, managing investor questionnaires, coordinating quarterly reports and approvals, reconciling compliance and personnel data, and formatting business documents. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Execute audit and advisory engagements for asset management, focusing on AML, confidential information handling, marketing compliance, private funds operations, and SEC-registered adviser processes. Plan audits, perform walkthroughs and control testing, draft findings and recommendations, validate remediation, maintain issue tracking, and liaise with stakeholders to uphold IIA standards and departmental quality.

Prepare and review private fund and LP reporting, capital call/distribution notices, consolidated financial statements, performance metrics and valuations; resolve technical accounting issues with auditors and administrators; support treasury, compliance, investor requests, and senior management analyses; coach fund administration team and run ad-hoc projects.
