Coordinate and maintain ecommerce website content, product pages, SEO pages, blogs, and digital assets. Support copywriting, onsite merchandising, creative request tracking, customer review management, and marketing fulfillment projects like sample packs and printed catalogs. Act as cross-functional coordinator among SEO, design, product, manufacturing, shipping, and external vendors to keep recurring projects organized and on schedule.

Lead the Connecticut plant to achieve safety, quality, and production targets. Oversee day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, reduce costs and lead times, support new product introductions, manage KPIs, develop staff, and collaborate with corporate quality, sales, and account teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

Build and maintain end-to-end business automation, integrations, data pipelines, workflow automation, and supporting services. Develop AI capabilities including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, vector search, and LLM integrations when appropriate. Collaborate on C#/.NET and Angular applications, deploy containerized services on Azure, maintain integrations and data movement, troubleshoot production systems, and prototype automation solutions.
