Support administration and analysis of compensation programs including market pricing, salary survey participation, job evaluation, data audits, merit planning, and reporting. Maintain compensation data across HRIS/payroll, prepare analyses and reports, assist with pay equity and benchmarking, and partner with HR and business leaders on compensation questions and projects.

Provide day-to-day legal support across commercial, supply, and corporate matters for a manufacturing-focused company: draft/negotiat e contracts, manage compliance, oversee disputes and outside counsel, advise on governance and transactions, build contract templates and management systems, and partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risk and enable business growth.

Lead site quality performance for the Amherst manufacturing facility. Own ISO/QMS initiatives, manage QA staff, drive CAPA and root-cause investigations, ensure customer quality requirements, coach teams on process improvements, deploy quality metrics, and support audits and cross-site quality projects.
