Supports China Lab product operations through supplier sourcing and communication, procurement follow-ups, audit documentation, sample tracking, inventory and reorder monitoring, payment follow-up, shipment visibility, and basic product development administration. The role requires fluent English and Mandarin, strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tracking tools.

Lead strategy and execution for Brompton bike products: define user needs and specifications, build business cases, set pricing and forecasts, manage product lifecycle, drive go-to-market plans, analyse KPIs and competitor landscape, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver commercially viable, market-differentiated bikes.

Develop, test and maintain embedded firmware for Brompton Electric bikes across the full product lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship features, debug issues, write scalable C++ code, participate in code reviews, and support manufacturing and production releases.
