Recruit engineers for aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing clients across multiple locations. Develop job descriptions from RFP/RFQ requirements, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, obtain letters of intent, and coordinate selections with business development and capture teams. Manage client relationships, vendor-management-system submissions, compensation negotiations, candidate pipelines, and junior recruiting staff. The role also supports proposal efforts and HUBZone recruiting initiatives.

Manage federal audit, compliance, and performance oversight projects for CMS, HHS, and DoD clients. Responsibilities include leading distributed teams, maintaining project schedules and management plans, managing risks and quality assurance, reporting to CORs and senior government stakeholders, reconciling invoices, monitoring performance, supporting audits, and mentoring claims processors.

Coordinates Medicare review quality activities under the QA Manager, including case assignments, complex case reviews, inter-rater reliability sessions, client QA reviews, corrective actions, retraining, and reviewer performance monitoring. Tracks IRR participation and corrective action completion while ensuring reviewers consistently apply Medicare requirements and client procedures. This remote role requires an active RN license, nursing education, clinical experience, and home health, QA, or utilization review experience.
