Lead and build BROADMIND's operations: create scalable processes, ensure legal/regulatory compliance, oversee day-to-day operations, analyze data to guide decisions, negotiate contracts, identify growth and partnership opportunities, and shape company culture while working closely with the CEO and executive team in a hands-on, zero-to-one environment.

Lead technical project planning and execution across software and neurotech research. Translate company goals into actionable plans, run sprint planning and retrospectives, remove bottlenecks, design scalable processes, support strategic prioritization, mentor team members, and ensure cross-disciplinary teams deliver high-quality, rapid iterations.
