About BROADMIND
We're not here to follow the future. We're here to create it.
At BROADMIND, we’re building non-invasive Brain-Computer Interfaces that let humans interact with technology using their thoughts alone. Our goal is radical accessibility in neurotech. That means less gatekeeping, more innovation, and a team full of brilliant, mission-obsessed people who care deeply about what they do.
We’re a deep-tech startup at the earliest stage, which makes this role both challenging and incredibly meaningful. If you’re looking to shape systems, lead execution, and work hand-in-hand with engineers and neuroscientists pushing the limits of what’s possible—you’re in the right place.
The Role
This isn’t your average PM role. This is for someone who speaks tech, breathes systems, and loves solving problems that don’t have templates.
As Technical Project Manager:
You’ll be the connective tissue between strategy and execution.
You’ll take high-level company goals and translate them into structured, achievable plans.
You’ll oversee complex product builds, from software development to neurotech research, and lead projects across disciplines with clarity and care.
You’ll manage operations across our engineering and development efforts while continuously seeking ways to increase speed without compromising quality.
You’ll sit at the center of progress, keeping us on track, in sync, and ahead of the curve.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with software developers, engineers, and neuroscience researchers to plan and execute high-impact projects.
You’ll oversee technical workflows, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure teams have what they need to stay productive and motivated.
You’ll design processes that actually work in a fast-moving startup environment and implement systems that support rapid iteration.
You’ll run remote sprint planning sessions, lead retrospectives, and connect day-to-day execution with long-term company goals.
You’ll play a key role in strategic planning, helping the leadership team identify priorities and make better, data-informed decisions.
You’ll mentor team members, contribute to technical problem-solving, and support the evolution of our operational culture.
Who You Are
You’re a builder by nature, a systems thinker who thrives on complexity.
You’ve led technical projects before and know how to balance structure with speed.
You have a background in Computer Science, Engineering, Neuroscience, or another tech-heavy field, and at least five years of experience leading operations or managing projects in a software or research-focused environment.
You’re fluent in the language of developers and comfortable moving between technical detail and executive vision. You have hands-on experience with modern project management tools and know how to make remote collaboration seamless.
You understand agile, but also when to break it.
You love turning ambiguity into clear steps forward. Most of all, you care about the mission—and you want your work to leave a legacy.
Why This Role Matters
This is more than a coordination job. It’s a chance to build the core engine of a deep tech company that’s trying to change the way humans interact with machines.
You’ll shape how we work and grow.
You’ll have the chance to step into bigger leadership opportunities over time, including a clear path to COO for the right person.
You’ll Fit Right In If
You see operational design as a creative act.
You’re energized by big ideas but deeply grounded in execution.
You think with your hands.
You’d honestly still do this even if no one paid you because organizing, leading, and building is your zone of genius.
You want to be surrounded by smart, mission-driven people. And you want to wake up every day feeling like you’re part of something that really matters.
