Leads the design, integration, administration, and modernization of mission-critical IT-based broadcast systems for global operations. Manages broadcast platforms, servers, storage, databases, networks, security, cloud integration, high availability, and disaster recovery. Provides expert troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident response, vendor coordination, project leadership, technical documentation, and user training while ensuring reliable 24/7 broadcast continuity.

Write, produce, edit and translate news and feature content for broadcast, web and social media; conduct interviews; develop programs; meet VOA quality and deadline standards; contribute to team workflow; and apply deep knowledge of Cuba and Cuba–U.S. relations.

Develop and manage social media content strategies; create, edit, schedule and publish content across major platforms; collaborate with production and communications teams to promote programming; translate and adapt content between English and a target language; contribute to broadcast and web production including fine editing and graphics; manage social media calendars and digital asset management tasks; meet VOA productivity and quality standards.
