Teams at Broadcasting Board of Governors

Leads complex, agency-wide infrastructure and special projects from planning through execution and sustainment. Coordinates stakeholders, contractors, technical teams, procurement, budgets, contracts, timelines, and project reporting. Develops statements of work, cost estimates, market research, and technical evaluations; tracks expenditures and invoices; presents recommendations to senior leadership; and supervises team assignments, performance, quality, and training. The role may rotate between Miami and Washington, DC.

Provides Tier I–III technical support and systems administration for mission-critical digital broadcast environments. Supports ingest, editing, playout, archiving, enterprise IT, Active Directory, networks, workstations, and broadcast applications including Dalet, PowerGold, ScheduAll, and Dataminer. Troubleshoots live operational issues, manages incidents in Ivanti, tests upgrades, documents resolutions, trains users, supports deployments, and helps maintain continuous broadcast availability in a 24/7 environment.

Provides Tier I and Tier II technical support for mission-critical broadcast and enterprise IT systems. Troubleshoots hardware, software, networking, VPN, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and broadcast applications including Dalet, ScheduAll, and PowerGold. Manages incidents through Ivanti, documents resolutions, monitors SLA compliance, supports system maintenance and deployments, trains users, and assists with onboarding. The role operates in a 24/7 broadcast environment and may require nights, weekends, holidays, and physical equipment handling.
