Provide administrative support including procurement and payment assistance, correspondence handling, calendar and phone management, meeting preparation, filing and records management (including electronic systems), information requests, routine clerical tasks, and other office duties as assigned.

Provide Tier I/II technical support for mission-critical broadcast and enterprise IT systems (ingest, edit, playout, archive). Troubleshoot Dalet, ScheduAll, PowerGold, AD, Microsoft 365, VPN and network issues; manage tickets in Ivanti; perform system maintenance, patch validation, onboarding, training, and after-hours shift coverage to ensure continuous broadcast operations.

Senior systems administrator for 24/7 broadcast IT supporting ingest, editing, playout, scheduling, and archival platforms. Administers and integrates Dalet Galaxy, ScheduAll, Dataminer and related MAM/DAM systems; leads upgrades, troubleshooting, backup/HA, recovery, and cloud/hybrid deployments; provides technical leadership, documentation, vendor coordination, and after-hours operational support to ensure reliable broadcast operations.
