Processes inbound and outbound correspondence, emails, payments, legal documents, invoices, account updates, complaints, and client requests. Maintains case management systems, supports client services, legal, and collections teams, and handles office deliveries, visitors, and stationery. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, confidentiality, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills. This is a full-time, on-site role in Sheffield.

Make and receive calls to recover outstanding debts from individuals and businesses. Use dialler systems and customer databases to record conversations, capture repayment agreements and affordability. Handle difficult conversations professionally, follow collections processes and quality standards, and work to personal and team targets.

Provide back-office administration for parking charge notice cases: handle written customer and client communications, action account updates, cancel/reissue notices, scan post, review car park images for contraventions, and support other duties within the role.
