Collects and delivers cash and valuables along assigned routes, ensures secure handling and transport of assets, operates company vehicle, follows safety and armament procedures, works shifts, and maintains physical endurance. Requires security certification, firearm permit, and prior security experience.

Serve as a trusted compensation advisor to HRBPs, TA, and business leaders. Lead market pricing, job evaluation, pay decisions, salary structure maintenance, annual review support, and compensation consulting for global organizational changes and regulatory initiatives.

Maintain store operations, manage inventory and stock orders, check and store deliveries, perform weekly branch/customer orders, carry out basic facilities and yard maintenance, assist operations and facilities teams, handle ATM parts, and keep storage areas clean, labeled, and organized.
