Provides nursing care for patients receiving addiction and behavioral health treatment. Administers medications and injections, conducts assessments, monitors vital signs, supports treatment planning, educates patients, coordinates appointments and multidisciplinary care, processes physician orders, documents in the EMR, and maintains medication inventory while following HIPAA and other compliance requirements.

Provides addiction and behavioral health nursing care, including medication administration, patient assessments, vital-sign monitoring, treatment education, appointment coordination, physician-order processing, EMR documentation, and medication inventory reconciliation. Supports multidisciplinary treatment teams while maintaining HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and other regulatory compliance requirements.

Prepare and submit medical claims, obtain required documentation, follow up on unpaid claims, process rejections, correct billing errors, and resubmit claims. Coordinate with physicians and medical records staff to ensure accurate diagnosis and procedure reporting. Monitor claims for missing information and authorization numbers, maintain billing logs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
