The Staff Engineer, RCM will lead technical efforts in eligibility, claims, billing, and payer integrations, aiming to enhance software performance and operational outcomes.

Lead full-stack growth engineering efforts to optimize top-of-funnel and intake workflows. Ship reliable, observable, and scalable features; connect technical investments to product and business metrics; build tooling and automation; integrate external partners; leverage data, A/B testing, and AI to reduce friction and improve conversions while ensuring privacy, compliance, and high-quality engineering practices.

Lead FP&A: drive annual budget and monthly forecasts, oversee a team of two, support due diligence and acquisitions, standardize financial processes, prepare board and executive reporting, maintain controls and financial documentation, and build scalable financial infrastructure.

Own member lifecycle to grow, engage, and retain patients. Design nurture and newsletter campaigns, optimize onboarding workflows, partner cross-functionally to reduce churn, improve engagement (check-ins, bookings, attendance), define KPIs, and analyze program impact to optimize member outcomes.
