Lead FP&A: drive annual budget and monthly forecasts, oversee a team of two, support due diligence and acquisitions, standardize financial processes, prepare board and executive reporting, maintain controls and financial documentation, and build scalable financial infrastructure.

Own member lifecycle to grow, engage, and retain patients. Design nurture and newsletter campaigns, optimize onboarding workflows, partner cross-functionally to reduce churn, improve engagement (check-ins, bookings, attendance), define KPIs, and analyze program impact to optimize member outcomes.

Lead end-to-end performance marketing on Meta for a new service line: strategy, campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and A/B/multivariate testing. Coordinate attribution, funnel and landing page optimization, vendor relationships, and apply analytics to scale efficient customer acquisition while leveraging AI/automation to streamline reporting and QA.
