Build and own end-to-end AI features across the stack: prompt engineering, evals, vector search, backend/data models, and frontend interactions. Ensure accuracy, safety, speed, and on-brand AI outputs. Collaborate with Product and Design to iterate on generative AI features used daily (coaching, candidate summaries, natural-language assistant).

The Founding GTM Engineer will design and scale an AI-enabled revenue engine, build intelligent workflows, and optimize account targeting and campaign automation. The role requires strong GTM expertise, data fluency, and the ability to build systems with automation.

The Founding Solutions Engineer will oversee enterprise sales cycles, design integration solutions, create demos, support POCs, and ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales for enterprise customers.
