Analyzes workforce and business data, investigates customer questions, ensures data quality, prepares reporting deliverables, and presents actionable insights. Partners with customers and internal teams to manage multiple projects and priorities. Develops Python and SQL-based tools and automations to streamline recurring processes while documenting methodologies and resolving data discrepancies.
