Improve finance workflows through AI and automation, maintain process documentation, and manage one offshore team member. The role requires onsite work in Chicago five days per week and reports to the Controller.

Manage enterprise customer accounts throughout the lifecycle, using SEO analytics and digital marketing insights to improve business outcomes. Analyze and present customer data, translate business needs into platform workflows and reporting, lead training and adoption sessions, manage integrations, and identify opportunities to expand platform value through advanced AI-powered use cases. The role requires onsite work three days per week in London.

Own and grow enterprise and mid-market customer accounts, serving as the primary commercial contact. Build executive relationships, secure renewals, drive upsells and expansion, demonstrate ROI using performance data, forecast revenue, and meet retention and growth quotas. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to improve adoption and account health while identifying new use cases and stakeholders.
