Provide full-day classroom coverage at partner K-12 schools in Detroit. Support group instruction, follow lesson plans and safety protocols, adapt to varied classroom environments, communicate with staff and students, and complete required clearances and trainings.

Provide after-school substitute teaching support (2pm-6pm) for K-12 students at partner schools. Deliver whole-group instruction, adapt to classroom needs, communicate with staff, maintain safety and reporting, complete required clearances (background check, livescan, sub permit), and perform physical tasks like lifting up to 30 pounds.

Support after-school students by supervising arrivals, leading group activities (PE, arts, STEM), providing homework help and small-group tutoring, managing behavior and safety, taking attendance, communicating with parents and teachers, and assisting with daily operations and materials. Ensure compliance with school safety protocols and clearances while fostering a positive, inclusive environment.

Manage day-to-day operations for school staffing: schedule assignments, communicate with school administrators and temporary staff, resolve issues, drive engagement and retention, support product improvements, handle high-volume multi-channel communications, process claims, conduct outbound calls, and provide internal administrative support to meet service and satisfaction goals.
