Phone-first SDR role focused on outbound outreach to K-12 district HR contacts. Build relationships, research targets, book qualified meetings for Account Executives, track activity in CRM, and feed field insights to refine messaging and targeting.

Supports students in after-school programs by leading educational and recreational activities, assisting with homework and tutoring, supervising behavior and transitions, maintaining attendance and safety records, preparing materials, and communicating with parents and teachers. The role requires creating a safe, inclusive environment and completing background checks, school clearances, and mandated reporter training. Work is flexible, typically 2–5 days per week from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Support after-school students by supervising arrivals, leading group activities (PE, arts, STEM), providing homework help and small-group tutoring, managing behavior and safety, taking attendance, communicating with parents and teachers, and assisting with daily operations and materials. Ensure compliance with school safety protocols and clearances while fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
