Lead ServiceNow platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC. Define CMDB, Discovery, integrations, security, governance, performance, and upgrade strategies. Establish Flow Designer standards, minimize customizations, mentor teams, and maintain architecture documentation.
