Develop whole-building energy models for multifamily and mixed-use construction and rehabilitation projects. Calibrate models using utility data, evaluate energy-efficiency opportunities, review architectural and MEP designs, perform HVAC calculations, and provide recommendations within design and cost constraints. Communicate results, manage multiple modeling projects, maintain compliance documentation, and stay current with energy codes, ASHRAE standards, and green-building certification requirements.

Own data architecture and infrastructure decisions, design and optimize data models, ETL workflows, pipelines, and data lakes, and improve scalability and reliability. Monitor workflows, create automated tests and alerts, resolve incidents, conduct root cause analysis, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors. Serve as a technical expert, escalation point, and mentor for the data solutions team.

Manage multifamily energy retrofit projects from scoping through construction and commissioning. Responsibilities include construction oversight, commissioning and performance testing, incentive and rebate procurement, building-systems assessments, equipment selection, contractor RFP development, energy modeling, ASHRAE audits, and support for NYC LL97 decarbonization planning. The role coordinates with contractors, clients, and utility program administrators while progressing toward independent project ownership.

Generates and qualifies outbound sales pipeline through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and discovery conversations. Schedules qualified meetings, tracks outreach and campaign activity in CRM systems, maintains lead statuses and reports, and represents the company professionally. The role requires disciplined prospecting, high-volume outreach, strong communication, active listening, and a consultative mindset, with opportunities to progress into a closing sales role.

Perform energy audits, site assessments, and feasibility analyses for efficiency and capital improvement projects. Analyze utility data, inspect building energy systems, review plans, prepare technical reports, and present findings to clients and stakeholders.

Sell and expand Bright Powers energy management services to NYC Metro real estate clients. Build relationships, manage sales processes, prepare proposals, coordinate cross-functional teams, track opportunities in Salesforce, and represent the company at industry events.

Manage multifamily high-performance and Passive House projects through design and construction. Advise on decarbonization, perform energy modeling and design reviews, inspect construction and testing, ensure certification and program compliance, and mentor junior staff.
