Provide comprehensive technology support to faculty and staff, oversee the IT support desk, maintain websites, web applications, virtual servers, and CMS, administer user accounts and endpoint management, manage software deployments, security updates, backups and data protection, and hire, train, supervise, and mentor student employees while collaborating with university IT partners.

Provide real-time captioning and vicarious speech for students, faculty, staff, and guests. Attend classes, meetings, and events to transcribe live and prerecorded materials; deliver speech-to-text and text-to-speech services; ensure seating, lighting, and audio enable clear communication; mediate cross-cultural communication; maintain and care for university-provided equipment and software.

Provide haircuts, coloring, highlights, styling, waxing, makeup, and basic manicure/pedicure services. Recommend products, educate clients on care, maintain a clean salon environment, deliver excellent customer service, and work cooperatively with team members. Part-time (28 hours/week).

Lead and co-deliver inspirational morningside messages, coordinate on-site EFY session logistics with campus staff, teach and mentor youth, handle disciplinary issues sensitively, follow EFY policies, study staff handbook, and travel to assigned session locations.

Manage and report all financial activity for BYU Aspen Grove, Timp Lodge, and Spring Haven. Oversee a multi-million-dollar budget, forecasting, cash flow analysis, accounting operations, payment processing, and financial close. Provide Workday administration, supervise Store and Arts & Crafts operations (POS, inventory, card processing), staff oversight, hiring, and training support.

Lead platform strategy for BYUtv and BYUradio across apps and websites; mentor managers in Product, Programming, and Customer Engagement; use analytics and audience insights to inform scheduling, discoverability, and campaigns; collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Technology to drive personalization, cross-platform storytelling, and audience growth and retention.

Design, develop, test, and integrate platform infrastructure and client applications to deliver live and on-demand video, audio, and metadata across web, mobile, streaming devices, and connected platforms. Work with JavaScript/Node.js stacks, cloud services (AWS), databases, and dev tools to build scalable, secure applications while leading projects and collaborating across teams.

Lead and supervise student staff to design and execute belonging initiatives for student-athletes. Manage events, speaker selection, leadership development curriculum, research and assessment, SAAC oversight, and campus collaboration. Liaise with sports medicine and mental health staff to support student-athlete wellbeing.

Support the FlexGE program with student services, communications, event administration, and program operations (≈75%), plus academic advising to help students plan coursework and prepare for transfer (≈25%). Coordinate hiring/training of student employees, manage communications and social media, administer events and scholarships, handle admissions processes, and mentor student leadership.

Support and co-lead the University Accessibility Center by supervising staff, developing policies and trainings, providing student disability evaluations and accommodations (including ADHD), consulting with faculty, managing assistive technology, and reporting data for strategic planning.

Advise, mentor, and coach multicultural students on academic, financial, cultural, and social needs. Provide one-on-one holistic advisement, guide graduation planning and course selection, connect students to campus resources and scholarships, document and track progress, support newly admitted students with registration and transition, lead programs and assessments, and participate in professional development and team activities.
