Provides administrative and office operations support for a university museum. Responsibilities include executive assistance, scheduling, purchasing, Workday expense processing, records retention, communications, student employee supervision, facility coordination, event planning, and visitor and donor relations. The role manages calendars, meetings, travel, office supplies, databases, mailings, and museum events while coordinating with university departments and maintaining organized, confidential records.
