Support daily weight-room operations for the football program: set up and clean equipment, supervise athletes, monitor exercise technique and safety, collect and record performance data, assist strength & conditioning staff with recovery sessions, program administration, and facility operations.

Develop employer, alumni, faculty, and community partnerships to expand student career opportunities. Coach liberal arts students on career planning, networking, and employment strategies. Coordinate recruiting events, mentoring programs, workshops, and experiential learning. Analyze engagement and employment outcomes, prepare reports and presentations, and provide career resources and labor-market information to faculty, advisors, and leadership.

Coordinates the BYU Stewardship Lab and Global Environmental Studies support activities, including sustainability research projects, faculty and student collaboration, external partnerships, events, outreach, student engagement, funding research, and program development. The role works with campus sustainability and community organizations to advance environmental learning and stewardship initiatives. This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week.
