Participates in a structured HR Generalist Development Program with mentorship and cross-location collaboration. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, along with travel to organizational locations for training and HR activities.

Provides person-centered community support and case coordination for individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental illness. Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing and implementing support plans, teaching life and self-advocacy skills, providing counseling and advocacy, coordinating community services and benefits, identifying housing options, and building family and natural supports.

Lead the development and launch of a new walk-in crisis facility, including licensure, staffing, and operations. Direct Mobile Crisis/SASS, Systems of Care, Prevention, and Access to Care programs. Oversee clinical compliance, grant administration, quality measures, financial performance, reporting, training, and program expansion while ensuring behavioral health standards and 24-hour mobile crisis availability.

Provides cleaning, housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and painting services for facilities, residences, and community organizations. Duties include following safety procedures, transporting and maintaining equipment and supplies, performing minor equipment repairs, completing janitorial tasks on schedule, and maintaining confidentiality. No prior experience is required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Employment requires completion of background checks.

Provides janitorial, housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and painting services for facilities, residences, and community businesses. Duties include cleaning, safely handling equipment and supplies, transporting and maintaining equipment, performing minor repairs, following safety procedures, and delivering timely, professional service. Employment is conditional on completing background checks.

Provides community support and case coordination for individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental illness. Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing person-centered plans, building skills, counseling, advocacy, connecting individuals with community services and housing, and promoting independence and natural supports.

Provide peer-based recovery coaching and group support using lived experience; connect clients to resources and mutual-support groups; partner with Drug Court teams; facilitate family and recovery education; work with multidisciplinary teams and independently in the community.

Lead finance and accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, payroll, internal controls, and revenue cycle oversight. Partner with executives and the Board to support financial stability, optimize reimbursement, improve collections, ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance, and implement job costing and financial processes.

Provide administrative and program support for Central Business Office functions including insurance verification, consumer billing and collections, deposit control sheets, managing suspense billing reports, reducing billing errors, and serving as backup support for other program support staff while coordinating with clinical program directors.

Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership: coordinate meetings, prepare and maintain board materials and minutes, manage calendars, track initiatives, handle filings (SAM, annual reports, tax exemptions), arrange travel/logistics, and perform executive administrative duties.

Provide peer-based crisis response as a co-equal member of a two-person Mobile Crisis Response Team, using lived experience to de-escalate, support safety planning, connect individuals to follow-up care, advocate in community settings, maintain documentation, and participate in training and supervision.

Provide Individual Placement and Support (IPS) community employment services to adults and adolescents with disabilities, including assessment, individualized job search, job development, placement, on-the-job coaching, benefits planning, transportation assistance, coordination with interdisciplinary teams, and follow-along supports to promote long-term competitive employment.
