Teams at Bridgeway Connects, Inc.

Provide peer-based crisis response as a co-equal member of a two-person Mobile Crisis Response Team, using lived experience to de-escalate, support safety planning, connect individuals to follow-up care, advocate in community settings, maintain documentation, and participate in training and supervision.

Provide community employment services (IPS model) to adolescents and adults with disabilities: intake, assessment, rapid job search, job development and placement, on-the-job coaching, benefits planning, transportation coordination, caseload monitoring, referrals, interdisciplinary team coordination, and stakeholder education.

Provide comprehensive HR support for the Loves Park, IL location including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, leave management, compliance, safety, training, investigations, performance management, offboarding, and ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies.
