Supports the employee lifecycle through recruiting, onboarding, orientation, records maintenance, benefits, engagement, offboarding, employee inquiries, compliance, and training. Participates in a structured HR Generalist Development Program with mentorship and cross-location collaboration. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, along with travel to organizational locations for training and HR activities.

Provides person-centered community support and case coordination for individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental illness. Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing and implementing support plans, teaching life and self-advocacy skills, providing counseling and advocacy, coordinating community services and benefits, identifying housing options, and building family and natural supports.

Lead the development and launch of a new walk-in crisis facility, including licensure, staffing, and operations. Direct Mobile Crisis/SASS, Systems of Care, Prevention, and Access to Care programs. Oversee clinical compliance, grant administration, quality measures, financial performance, reporting, training, and program expansion while ensuring behavioral health standards and 24-hour mobile crisis availability.
