Processes and reviews specialty deposit account transactions and documentation, including IRAs, trusts, estates, UTMA, POA, 1031 Exchange, TIMBR, and wholesale accounts. Handles reporting, service requests, account maintenance, exception research, and escalations. Supports testing, product implementation, process improvements, communications, and cross-functional backup while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with established procedures.

Process and monitor electronic payments, including domestic and international wires, ACH files, debit card, Zelle, external transfer, and bill pay transactions. Review OFAC and IAT alerts, reconcile general ledger accounts, manage deposit queues, maintain procedures and logs, respond to client inquiries, monitor reports, and comply with banking regulations and security requirements.

Supports Treasury Management through client onboarding, account opening, documentation, correspondence, scheduling, proposals, cost comparisons, reporting, and general client support. Acts as a liaison between Treasury Management, clients, sales, and other bank departments while ensuring timely responses and accurate paperwork. Requires banking or financial services experience, client-facing skills, strong organization, and familiarity with Fiserv/Premier and Microsoft Office.

Executes product marketing initiatives, integrated campaigns, go-to-market activities, communications, website updates, SEO, and social media. Develops marketing collateral and sales materials, maintains brand standards, coordinates promotional inventory, and supports cross-functional projects. Provides welcoming, professional service to bank clients through in-person, phone, and email interactions. Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, loan payments, fraud requests, and other routine transactions while verifying identities, completing documentation, balancing cash and vault inventory, and following BSA and bank security procedures. Also manages returned mail, document scanning, office supplies, and shared spaces while maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.

Client-facing treasury analyst supporting onboarding, account openings, documentation, and complex Treasury Management relationships. Provide administrative support, prepare proposals and reports, liaise with internal departments, and act as primary client contact when sales or Treasury team members are unavailable.

Lead Bridgewater Bank's technology risk and controls program, driving NIST CSF-aligned controls, audit/SOX/ITGC readiness, evidence management, remediation tracking, third-party risk assessments, vulnerability/pen test governance, Microsoft identity/security guidance, and executive reporting.

Perform operational and SOX audits including risk assessments, testing (including ITGC), and documentation. Prepare workpapers, report findings, recommend control improvements, and support audit communications. Leverage automation, data analytics, and AI to enhance audit efficiency.

Evaluate financial condition of individuals and businesses for lending decisions. Prepare credit presentations, cash flow analyses, forecasts, risk ratings, and annual reviews. Analyze loan requests and supporting documents for complex deals, conduct property inspections, assist lenders with closings, mentor junior analysts, and support credit department risk-management projects while maintaining compliance.

Design, build, and maintain Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and KPI-driven reports. Translate business requirements into analytics solutions, create DAX calculations, validate and reconcile data, optimize performance, enforce dataset security, document metrics, and support BI governance and release processes in a regulated banking environment.
