Processes and reviews specialty deposit account transactions and documentation, including IRAs, trusts, estates, UTMA, POA, 1031 Exchange, TIMBR, and wholesale accounts. Handles reporting, service requests, account maintenance, exception research, and escalations. Supports testing, product implementation, process improvements, communications, and cross-functional backup while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with established procedures.

Process and monitor electronic payments, including domestic and international wires, ACH files, debit card, Zelle, external transfer, and bill pay transactions. Review OFAC and IAT alerts, reconcile general ledger accounts, manage deposit queues, maintain procedures and logs, respond to client inquiries, monitor reports, and comply with banking regulations and security requirements.

Supports Treasury Management through client onboarding, account opening, documentation, correspondence, scheduling, proposals, cost comparisons, reporting, and general client support. Acts as a liaison between Treasury Management, clients, sales, and other bank departments while ensuring timely responses and accurate paperwork. Requires banking or financial services experience, client-facing skills, strong organization, and familiarity with Fiserv/Premier and Microsoft Office.
