Supports attorneys across bank departments by reviewing subpoenas, litigation and bankruptcy matters, confidentiality agreements, vendor contracts, loan document amendments, and legal templates. Maintains contract automation templates, assists with company policy administration, and prepares board and committee materials. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and technology skills, with paralegal or related banking experience.

Assist the Quality Control and Quality Assurance team with loan and deposit documentation reviews, exception identification, quality assurance testing, data trend analysis, and special projects. The intern will shadow QA functions, collaborate with banking employees, maintain confidentiality, and present project results to leadership. The program runs from June 1 through August 20, 2026.

Leads Bridgewater Bank’s cybersecurity architecture, engineering, operations, and continuous improvement. Oversees Azure, Microsoft 365, hybrid infrastructure, identity and access management, security controls, incident response, threat and vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR, third-party assessments, audits, regulatory examinations, penetration testing, and remediation. Partners with information security, audit, compliance, technology, and business leaders to align controls with NIST CSF, strengthen cyber resilience, and communicate risks and recommendations to executives and board-level stakeholders.
